Transaction Manager Financing (m/f/d)

Who we are:
VERIUS Capital AG specializes in real estate financing in the DACH region (Germany / Austria / Switzerland). The company has outsourced most of its activities and bundles the management of these service providers with a small, high-quality and dynamic team in Zug.

We are looking for a transaction manager (male / female) with a university degree, ideally with a real estate, economic or financial background and with professional experience in real estate transactions.

Your tasks:

  • Implementation of real estate financing transactions including structuring of the underlying and the coordination, alignment and support of borrowers, all service providers such as lawyers, notaries, engineers, banks, etc.
  • Negotiation with the borrowers on all boundary conditions of the transaction
  • Collateral structuring and collateral management
  • Support in brokering finance and fund administration
  • Support in the preparation of controlling reports, investor reporting and liquidity planning

Your profile:

  • Completed studies and relevant professional experience in the field of real estate financing / transactions
  • Experienced personality with organizational talent, flexibility, a high level of initiative and customer orientation
  • Very good knowledge of the English language and Office 365
