VERIUS uses its real estate financing expertise to develop and launch investment products with an attractive risk-return profile for institutional investors, giving them access to real estate financing in the DACH region that is in line with the investment needs of various investor groups.
Each financing transaction is fully secured by standard bank collaterals. Our financing portfolio is broadly diversified and includes various properties/property developments, borrowers, geographic locations and financing terms.
The financing is of short-term duration and extends over a period of 12 to a maximum of 36 months. Investors have an annual right of termination. The investments have a very low correlation to other asset classes and have a low volatility.
